Fra-gee-lay . . .
It must be Italian!
Well, one point of having a blog is to toot your own horn, right? Well far be it from me to pass up a tooting opportunity (I said that just to make my kids laugh).
Some backstory info you need to know relates to a great designer's web resource: Logo Lounge. This is an online repository of logo designs, searchable by keywords. As a designer you can join for an annual fee which allows you to not only do unlimited searches but upload your own logos as well. I'm a big, big fan.
Every year they publish a "best of" hardback book with the best of that year's submissions. Born to Design has been blessed to have our work published in three of the four currently available volumes.
Cool as that is, what really excites me is that I just received notification that one of the logos I designed in partnership with Fishhook for Day Star (a plumbing, heating and cooling company) is going to be featured in the first volume of a new series of logo books called The Logo Lounge Master Series.
Here's the logo that will be featured:
The book will not be out for quite some time, but I'm very excited by this news. And really, it just sounds cool to say that our work is featured in a book with the words "Master Series" in the title.
What a great way to cap off the week!
Tell your flu bug I've got an offer for him that he can't refuse.

Todd, What kind of copyrighting or trademarking do you do before uploading stuff to logolounge?
